• Assess property requirements and source suitable premises – This will be done by :-
	• Viewing your existing premises and equipment. • Discussing future needs and requirements.
• Viewing potential properties and providing you with a short list and photographs. • Arrange viewing and assist with negotiations for chosen property. • Assist with any permit applications e.g. effluent – if required. • Arrange Environmental Impact Assessment if required. • Assist with design of proposed layout for new premises. • Preparation of new premises including the following as required:-
	• Building alterations, additions and renovations. • Shopfitting and partitions. • Provision of services including piping, cabling and equipment, as required, for compressed air, water, steam, effluent, electricity, telephones, computers etc. • Installation of Materials Handling and Storage Equipment i.e. conveyors, racks etc.
• Dismantling, moving and re-assembly of machinery and equipment. • Any other Engineering Projects. • Packing, moving and unpacking of stock.

Service Options
1	A FULL TURNKEY SERVICE – Leave it all to us – We will take responsibility for the whole project with an ‘all inclusive' quote.
2	ACTING AS AN AGENT FOR YOURSELVES – We will go out to tender for all aspects of the project and manage the entire project as an agent for you. This service can be provided at an hourly rate or a fixed project cost.
